Short Film: Phoenix

"Phoenix" is an art/dance film with the theme of 'rising from the ashes.' It was created to help the victims of the recent California wildfires begin to rebuild.

The piece is a visual expression of how we move through the stages of grief to find hope and rebuild.

Grief can be a solitary process, but finding hope and rising from the ashes often requires the support of a community. Thousands of people across California are searching for the hope they need to rise again.

Filmed at what remains of Tony and Diana Luboff's home in Ojai, California.
